Inesdi Business School's THINK DIGITAL REPORT 2023 reveals that Latin America is experiencing progress in its Digital Transformation process, and Argentina is midway through the process with many challenges ahead.
The outlook for Argentina in 2024 highlights several achievements, such as the fact that 77% of companies plan to begin their Digital Transformation next year, making it the country with the largest number of organizations with this intention.
However, it also highlights challenges, such as the fact that 54% of companies have not yet begun their transformation due to a lack of digital skills and an inadequate corporate culture. Despite the digital skills gap, this process is generating new job opportunities.
Although the Digital Transformation Index in Argentina has experienced a slight slowdown, with 7% fewer companies in this process, the country's context cannot be ignored, which forces companies to undertake greater strategic reflection for more careful, long-term implementations.
To keep pace with the Digital Transformation, priority must be given to developing a digital culture, skills development, addressing process knowledge gaps, and adopting agile methodologies.
At Fersys, we support our clients in their DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION journey, creating management tools that allow them to remain competitive in this new landscape of significant challenges. Adapting to change is no longer an option.
