Enterprise Content Manager (ECM)
An ECM (Enterprise Content Management) platform enables both document management and the management of structured information (data) and all types of digital content. It essentially encompasses all information or content within a company as a whole, managing its availability throughout its entire lifecycle, from initial publication to archiving and, finally, deletion.
Unlike a DMS (Document Management System) platform, its scope is not limited to managing traditional or structured documents, but includes all the elements present in the corporate information ecosystem.
