This week we participated in the digital event CX DAY ARGENTINA – THE NEW CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE, organized by RealCX . This event is one of the most important in Latin America in the segment and was led by Cecilia Hugony .

 The two-day event showcased the latest market trends and best practices in the areas of Customer Experience, Market Research, Quality, Loyalty, Processes, Analytics, and Customer Insights. Speakers Adam Toporek and Jon Wolske provided valuable insights.
